Digestive endoscopic tunnel training course was annually held worldwide by the Department of Gastroenterology, General Hospital of Chinese PLA from 2015 to 2017.

During the period, a total number of 35 members outside the mainland had participated in this training. Among those members, Dr. Ahmad Madkour from Egypt participated in our long-term course and Dr. Toghoht from Mongolia participated in our middle-term course. Besides, there are 33 members taking part in our short-term course, including Behzad Jodeiri (Iran), Seyedkazem Nezam Kheirabadi (Iran), Habib Malekpour (Iran), Najmeh Aletaha (Iran), Mohammad Ebrahim Ghamarchehreh (Iran), Abdolrahim Masjedi Zadeh (Iran), Ali Reza Sima (Iran), Tserentogtokh (Mongolia) and Kwan Tim Lok (Hongkong, China) in the course of November, 2015; Longsheng Lu (Taiwan, China), Haixiong Chen (Taiwan, Chian), Songshuo Gao (Taiwan, China) and Dewang Xiao (Taiwan, China) in the course of May, 2016; Ajay Kumar Jain (India), Sumit Rungta (India), Subandhu Tripati (India), Arvind Namdeo (India), K K Rawal (India), Luvsandagva Bayasgalan (India), Heli Wang (Taiwan, China), Yunxi Zhu (Taiwan, China), Luvsandagva Bayasgalan (Mongolia) in the course of December, 2016; Yuanzhi Mao (attending doctor; Taiwan, China), Zuocai Liu (Taiwan, China), Yongkuan Zou (director; attending doctor; Taiwan, China), Jihye Kim (Korea), Jiwan Lee (Korea), Daewon Ma (Korea), Hitendra K Garg (India), Nitin Gupta (India), Kwong Man (Hongkong, China), Lee Yuk Tong (Macao, China) and Choi I Cheong (Hongkong, China) in the course of November, 2017.

So far, we are pleased to hear from Dr. Ahmad Madkour from Egypt that he had started endoscopic tunnel technology and other tunnel-related endoscopic super minimally invasive surgery in Egypt based on the knowledge studied from our training course. We are firmly convinced that our Digestive endoscopic tunnel training course would contribute greatly to the development and communication on endoscopic super minimally invasive surgery all over the world.
