At the FRANK VEITH International Society's 2020 Annual Vascular and Endovascular Therapy Innovation web conference, the "WeFlow-ArchTM Minimally Invasive Intravascular Aortic Arch Reconstruction Technology" developed by Director Wei GUO’s team of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of the First Medical Department of CPLAGH won the 2020 Annual International Vascular and Endovascular Therapy Innovation Nomination Award.

The successful implementation of this technology marks a huge change in the treatment model for aortic arch lesions and the leading level of minimally invasive aortic surgery technology in the world.
